Band

Band is one of the most fun things to do. No, I'm not talking about a band with people playing guitars and whatnot. I am talking about the band in which there are brass and woodwinds. It's fun because everyone wants to be there and they are all fun people. Another great thing about band is practicing for months then having a concert, because you get to show what you worked on for those months.

Christmas? In July?

Well, a lot of commercials are turning into Christmas commercials already. It’s not even past thanksgiving! I bet next year every company will take the phrase “Christmas in July” literally and start their sales then, so we can get our “Last minute Christmas shopping” done. What has this country turned too? A bunch of people who just want instant gratification, that’s what I think. A lot of people seem to want more things, more money, and less work. It’s that or they have a giant ego and think they are the greatest thing since the wheel! It might sound kind of stupid but I think the government should pass a law saying that commercials directed toward Christmas can only be put on air after thanksgiving. That includes radio, papers, and television. To all those people who will say we live in a free economy I’m sorry, WE DON’T. We live in a mixed or modern economy. That means that the government does regulate some things. Why do you think there are no monopolies? If the government didn’t protect us from them we would be paying a lot more gas and other things.

Sabres

The Sabres are 22-17-5.

The Sabres beat Florida in the shootout last night. Miller had another great game in net making big saves what he needed to.

Music

There are many different styles of music and many different bands that play music. What types do you like? What about the ones you don't like. Post your thoughts on you type of music.

Paintball

Paintball is an amazing sport where you hunt each other with paintball markers. There are many ways to play such as woodsball or speedball. If you haven't played paintball yet try it out. It gives an amazing adrenaline rush when you find yourself in the middle of a firefight. Share your paintball knowledge.

Television

There are many shows to watch on TV. Some are bad others are good. What type of shows do you like? What shows do you watch?

Console War

With all three 7th generation console out for awhile now there is still heated battle between them. People say that Microsoft's Xbox 360 is best because of its games and price, others say that Sony's Playstation 3 is the best because of its power and blue-ray player, and others say that Nintendo's Wii is best because of its unique controllers and gameplay. Who will win the war and become the dominant console?

Well our season is over and we did not win a game. It was a good year though. Hopefully Coach Turton can keep up the great progress next year.
